Order Processing Time

At Basement88, we strive to get your order processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped out. As a dropshipping business, processing times may vary depending on the product and supplier. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders! No need to worry about extra fees at checkout. However, expedited or express shipping options are available for an additional charge, which will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Shipments

Because we partner with various suppliers, your order may be shipped from different locations. As a result, it’s possible that some items in your order may arrive separately. Don’t worry if some items arrive earlier than others—everything you’ve ordered will reach you!

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the customs office in your country and are typically due when your package arrives. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Missing or Lost Packages

While rare, sometimes packages can be delayed or lost in transit. If you haven't received your order within the estimated shipping window or if the tracking shows no movement for several days, please reach out to our customer support team. We will work with our suppliers and shipping carriers to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to modify addresses once the order has been processed. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll provide instructions for the return process. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or opened.
